Select WebCam tab to set image capture, optimization, size etc

Browse to select a ‘Local Dir’ to store the optimized image. Enter a name for the image (opt.jpg) in the ‘Local File’ box. (must be .jpg).

With your Webcam connected (but not activated), click Webcam to capture an image and display in the viewer. If no image appears, try disconnecting and re-connecting the Webcam
Webcam setup Webcam Choose an ‘Image Quality’ setting from the dropdown and set Image Width. If necessary, enter text to add and check Add Timestamp. Fetch another image and inspect the quality and image file size, as displayed, to find acceptable image quality / file size combination

To add a Logo, Browse to select the Logo image and enter X,Y coords to position the Logo on the image. Eg: entering 10,20 will position the Logo 10 pixels from left side, and 20 pixels from top. If you select an Animated Gif, each captured image will display 1 frame of the animation. Multi-selecting (hold down Ctrl key and left click images), will cycle through selection showing a new image each capture.

To record the physical position of your Webcam for easy re-alignment, click and drag the crosshair Webcam alignment over a constant, immoveable object in the image. Your computer will remember this location, so if you move or remount the camera, re-aligning it so the crosshairs match will re-align the image. This is important if you use an Image Map with hyperlinked map areas of individual objects or areas in the image.
